Be+Well | Beauty and Wellness Show Press Credential Policy

Those requesting press/media passes must be currently employed by a news publication or organization. Each organization is limited to two media representatives, except online newsletters, which are limited to one. Your press pass includes access to the expo and paid/free education for coverage purposes only.

NOT Eligible for Press Passes: CEOs, publishers, business development, account representatives, sales executives, book authors, publicists and marketers do not meet the criteria for media registration. These individuals can register as attendees HERE.

Eligibility Guidelines to Attend Be+Well as a Member of the Media:

Print, Business and Trade Publications/News Wire Services:  Reporters, editors and columnists from print magazines, newspapers, trade publications and wire services.

Television and Radio:  Broadcast reporters, editors and producers from radio networks, radio stations, TV stations or broadcast news organizations.

Podcasts:  Podcast hosts and producers who are full time members of the press / media organization and have had a minimum of six current episodes.

Freelance Writers:  Freelance writers must certify they will cover Be+Well or supply links to recent relevant bylines.

News Websites and Online Publications:  Reporters and reviewers from news websites and online publications.

Newsletters or E-Newsletters:  Newsletter outlets are limited to one media representative.

Content Creators (YouTube, Social Media Influencers, etc.)  can apply to become a Content Creator Pass HERE.

Other important information:

Classes do sell-out, so your press badge does not guarantee a seat, but does guarantee standing room only in the event of a sell-out class.

Press passes are limited in quantity.

No sales of any kind will be allowed by those attending as a media representative.

Sessions may not be filmed or recorded without the express permission of individual or company.

We retain the right to cancel press passes for any reason, at any time.
