Schools are responsible for arranging their own transport to the show. Hotel and travel information can be found here. 

If a school needs to purchase additional Chaperone tickets (in addition to the allotment), please do so by March 6 to get the discounted rate of $49 per Chaperone. There is no complimentary or discounted Chaperone price after this date. 

If the school needs to purchase additional School Official badges (in addition to the allotment), please do so by March 6. Each additional School Official ticket (over the allotment of the 3 included School Official tickets) must be purchased at the full professional rate. There is no discounted rate for additional School Official tickets. 

Chaperone tickets only give access to Student Day on March 9, 2027 for the purpose of chaperoning students. School Official badges act as a regular Exhibit Hall badge which can be used on any day of the show. 

Yes, chaperones MUST remain with students at all times while at the show. 

No, wristbands will not be mailed in advance. School packets will be available for pickup on Tuesday, March 9 at the dedicated Student Day Registration Desk. These will include all necessary wristbands and badges for both students and school officials/chaperones. Students must wear their wristbands at all times.

We recommend students dress in appropriate business attire or in school t-shirts. Sneakers are recommended as the show floor is large and they will be getting their steps in!
