Bio:
A registered nurse with a background in microbiology, Leslie transitioned into the beauty and barber industry as an authority on infection control and public safety. She joined the PBA earlier this year after spending years with the Future of the Beauty Industry Coalition, advancing multi-state licensing for cosmetologists.
As part of her role at PBA, Leslie is the acting Executive Director of the Cosmetology Licensure Compact Commission. She’s also the authority on the brand-new Esthetics Licensure Compact.
