Brenda Amaral is a salon owner, hair color educator, and the founder of True Hair Education, where the philosophy is simple: Stop guessing. Start understanding. With more than two decades of experience behind the chair and in education, Brenda has built her career asking the question that changed everything for her own work: Why? Why did that formula work? Why didn't it? What's actually happening inside the hair, and what does the science say?

Today, she teaches stylists the science and chemistry behind hair color so they can better understand the products and tools they already use every day. True Hair Education is education for the sake of education. There is no product line attached and nothing else stylists need to purchase to put what they've learned to work. Brenda is known for making complicated science understandable, useful, and genuinely fun. Her straightforward teaching style gives stylists the tools to think critically, troubleshoot confidently, and make better decisions behind the chair.

As the owner of multiple beauty and wellness businesses, Brenda understands that success in this industry has to be sustainable. She continues to work behind the chair while educating beauty professionals nationwide, bringing real-world experience into every class she teaches.
